1. Introduction
Welcome to Whowe, a social media platform operated by Whowe Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Whowe, including our website, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Whowe, you must:

4. User Content
You may post, upload, or share content such as text, photos, videos, and comments ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you:
- Grant Whowe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content on the Platform.
- Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to share the User Content.
- Acknowledge that User Content may be visible to other users based on your privacy settings.
- Agree not to post content that violates our Community Guidelines, including content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

7. Termination

- Violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
- Conduct that harms other users or the Platform's integrity.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends, but certain provisions of these Terms (e.g., User Content licenses) will survive.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Whowe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed $100.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Whowe.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date below. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
